Cody Hudson, born 1971 (Kenosha, WI) who works under the name Struggle Inc., is a Chicago based commercial artist and painter. Known for the production of clean, multi-dimensional graphics, cody's design aesthetic is a sort of urban modernism. His graphic work and paintings have been exhibited throughout the US, Europe and Japan including the Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago), Rocket Gallery (Tokyo), MU Foundation (Eindhoven), The Lazy Dog (Paris), & Museum of New Art (Detroit). He is also active in the public art world in Chicago where he regularly works on found object installations that are assembled and installed throughout the city streets. Cody’s work has been featured in numerous magazine and publications including idN, Arkitip, Anthem & Scrawl 2. He has also done commercial work for Stussy, Burton, Nike, VW, Mini, Chocolate Industries, Team Love, Also Known As, Staple and The Quiet Life.
